Who is Find Earth?

What properties sold?

We primarily sell landed properties, including residential and investment plots in fast growing areas with strong future potential.

Are lands genuine and safe?

Yes. All our estates are properly verified, surveyed, and free from government acquisition at the time of sale. We prioritize due diligence before offering any property to clients.

Where do you operate currently?

What plot sizes available?

A standard plot measures 300, 500 and 600 square metres. Plot options are available depending on the estate.

What documents after purchase?

Depending on the estate and payment completion, buyers receive:

● Contract of Sale

● Allocation Letter

● Deed of Assignment.

These documents confirm ownership and support title perfection.

Do the lands come with a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O)?

Find Earth Realty does not process individual Certificates of Occupancy in the buyer’s name. Each landowner is expected to perfect their title personally, ensuring the land bears their name which gives it full legal value.

Can Find Earth assist with title perfection?

Yes. While title perfection is the responsibility of the landowner, we provide guidance and trusted surveyor contacts to help clients through the process smoothly.

Is installment payment allowed?

Yes. We offer flexible payment plans across most of our estates to make land ownership easier and more accessible.

Is there a development fee?

Yes. Development fees apply and cover estate infrastructure such as road grading, layout demarcation, security planning, landscaping, signage, and other amenities. Fees are communicated clearly before allocation.

When does land allocation happen?

Allocation takes place after full payment and settlement of the development fee, along with completion of required documentation.

Can I resell or transfer my land?

Yes. Land purchased through Find Earth Realty can be resold or transferred, provided proper documentation and title processes are followed.

Do you offer site inspections?

Yes. We organize scheduled site inspections for interested clients to view estates before making a purchase decision.
